Automotive Resourcing Ltd are a new, specialist recruitment company dedicated to servicing the requirements of the retail motor dealer network in the UK.  With an impressive client portfolio ranging from the major dealer groups to smaller "owner driver" businesses, we are well placed to introduce high quality candidates to the most suitable opportunities in the sector. As a candidate, you will find our greatest asset is that you are treated as a person and not a number. We believe that no competitor spends more time and honest endeavour in the best interests of you and your career.

How do we do source our candidates?

Based on the wealth of experience and extensive networking rather than high advertising budgets and multiple mailshots. Assignments are handled using a variety of techniques

Networking and Contingency/Selection Recruitment

Most of our assignments are carried out of a Network and Contingency basis. With the industry that we all know and love being so incestuous, we find that the best way to source quality candidates is to network… Sales Executives and Sales Managers in particular are an excellent source of referrals as they often have day to day dealings with other dealerships, external contractors and such like.  

Head Hunting / Search Assignments

Whilst the majority of our work is carried out on a networking and contingency basis, we are happy to carry out specific Search and Selection assignments where appropriate.  Our only proviso in carrying out direct approaches is that we absolutely won’t approach candidates or potential candidates who are already employed by one of our existing clients.
